Saint Nicolas' Place boasts five beautifully restored timber-framed Tudor rooms and two modern halls that can be laid out in any configuration you require. Large rooms for plenary sessions and smaller spaces in between make for a totally flexible meeting venue in a lovely, tranquil environment. Buffet refreshments can be served in rooms or your delegates can enjoy a gourmet meal served in a beautiful 15th century timbered hall.
A Tudor merchant’s house, a medieval school and a beautiful ancient church, provide the stunning backdrop and meeting place for private parties and the most romantic of wedding venues. Cleverly incorporating unobtrusive, modern facilities, Saint Nicolas' Place has licensed rooms for civil ceremonies, and can host receptions and meetings, whilst the Old Grammar School is ideal for more intimate celebrations for up to forty.
As no two events are the same, we are able to supply menus tailored to your exact requirements. The whole Saint Nicolas' Place complex provides ample open space with exquisitely photogenic backgrounds. Enjoy unique, historic buildings with a village atmosphere conveniently situated only 10 minutes from the motorway network and 15 minutes walk from the nearest train station.
